Alright, after a little bit of a thought, more thought and then some more thought....I present MKII of the SkinthXL
+ (red cross). Aimed at Paramedics, off duty EMTs, FAK enthusiasts and othes who want a functional too sheath that has integrated first response items built in. Redone in this years fashionable ninja black with red paracord interaction pull tabs, the SkinthXL
+ boasts a lot of refined features from MKI
The 360:

Backside. A doubled over 1.5" high density polypro webbing stiffens the back panel signficantly while letting the user remove the SkinthXL
+ from their belt with ease (velcro attachment)

As with MKI, the inverted side tube pocket rips open with a downward pull, revealing an emergency pair of latex examination gloves. This whole project spawned from this one idea of flipping over the pocket. Also added is a H&K style clip, from my sources medics apparently stuff keys into random places, they have a home now.

The newly design front flap previously had a complicated pocket design, now it is simplified and extended so there is more room. Ideally, disinfectant wipes sit in the top pocket while an CPR mouth guard sits in the bottom pocket ready to be pulled out with an ergonomic downward pull.

The ever ready and needed AA flashlight.

The scissors didn't sit that well in MKI, so a strap was added to quickly attach and detach.

Inside, the now tried and tested PentaPocket houses a pair of precision tweezers, folded razor blade, a stack of band aids, a small folding blade (ideally a serrated blade), a pen/sharpie and a mini pry bar.

Last but not least, the tool! A Surge nests inside.
