I have had two different juice models come in with loose rivets.  I just took my SAK peening kit to it and fixed the issue.

Oh I see so it's not a quality problem, they are just doing things more like ikea now, where there is some assembly required? lol  :think:

I wouldn't go so far as that, but they have been known to let a QC flop happen here and there.  I haven't seen too many that were badly assembled, for me it's usually a poor blade grind or blade play due to improper blade stop grinds.  They are getting much  better though, it seems they have read our feedback and have adjusted accordingly.

I have the odd  :D LM multitool and apart from a bit breaking off from a freestyle cs, that I wrote about a few months back I have not had any problems.
My most used LMs are the Micras.
I find that the older ones (marked USA) tend to have loose scissors and some rust on the tools.
My newer ones are fine.
Also, Squirts tend to have quite tightly packed tools and tend to gum up, so they need a good cleaning every few months.
