OMG!!!!    Too bad I missed those, well I don't check the 'US only' of course but I should not have missed the other one... Not cheap though, but this knife is certainly on top of my list... 
Glad to know they do pop up on eBay and to have a price indication for it ($108 & $175).  If another one pops up, even in US only, don't hesitate to pm me, or reply to this topic...

In this case you were lucky, it was not worth the $175, take a close look at some of the pics.  The seller has enough experience that he could have said a lot more in the description.

About the price: I can't see the details right now, but I remember the cheaper one had a broken scale and both of them indeed looked used... but they seem to be so rare that prices will always be high I suppose.  Unless you can spot an unidentified one of course...
