Personally, I'd prefer the BG grippy handles with the regular Strata plier head.

Still almost a week to get in on this drawing folks, if you haven't already.

If I stop to consider relative price, and usefulness, I think the Ultimate Survival Pack certainly seems like the best bang-for-buck in the BG line. I certainly don't think I'd feel embarrassed getting one of these for a scout, or kid just getting into hiking/backpacking.
