Admittedly I haven't gotten a lot of SAKs (or much else) lately, but that shouldn't short change this beauty.(Image removed from quote.)Thanks to Andy (EODTech) for pointing this one out to me.(Image removed from quote.)Of course he sent it to me for the Jeep image not the WWII reference, but I'm ok with that!(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)For those who know me, I have an interest in military marked SAKs, and while this one may not specifically be military marked, I consider it close enough.(Image removed from quote.)Here are a few others in my collection that are in the same category:(Image removed from quote.)I love this knife! Those old Jeeps didn't have seatbelts... This is the Hunter model:http://sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=HunterWhich would mean that small serrated blade is for gutting. In the event of an accident I'm certain the blade would work well on seatbelts if necessary.Def
Thanks for pointing those out Karl. The Jeep name has been whored out to so many crappy tools that it's nice to see it on a good one.(Image removed from quote.)Def
I'm sure I'm showing my SAK ignorance, but what's the grey square piece on the back scale?
Here's another version of the D-Day knife, and a couple of Jeeps to keep an eye out for (Trekker and Recruit).Karl
