Just got the TTi yesterday

I have a 7 days tour in Taiwan, and got the TTi b4 I leave, really nice tool!!!
more user friendly than swisstool spirit...

but one think wanna ask is, the maint. page said that we can you WD40 for care, is it really true for TTi?

Works fine but isn't very thick and is really designed for cleaning. A lot of folks prefer something more heavy duty like 3 in1, or silicon/teflon based lubes.

Congrats on the TTi though - great tool :cheers:

what Nuphoria said, something a little more viscus is my preference.  A lot of folks here like to use mineral oil.

Personally I don't find mineral oil does very well. WD-40 is way too thin as well. The 3-1 is my favourite, lasts longer and really makes tool action much smoother.
