Sorry to hear that Z, hopefully Blue is going to a good home.


I had to put Rosie on anti seizure meds last week. A little background, She had her first seizure this time last year. She had two and then none for 9 months. Back in the beginning of the year she had another and then about every two weeks after that. Last week she had a cluster of eight in a little over 48 hours. She is on phenobarbital and is just starting to get used to the meds. She has been kind of out of it for the last week from the after effects of the seizures and the side effects of the meds. She is acting a little more like herself today and hopefully will continue to get better and not have any more seizures. She just turned six and will probably have to be on meds the rest of her life   :(

Someone's b-day is coming up so we got him a little something, he watched the whole time I assembled it, and when I was done he went nuts after the ball, but now it's time to just hang out!!

That's sucks Zman. What you need is a shoptoad. It feeds and waters itself, guards your shop and tools, and likes to be petted every now again.

They are pretty cool, I had pet ones growing up overseas but here in NZ they are a problem.

We have a porchtoad every summer...he sits and looks at me and when I won't give him a hit off my cigar, he gets mad and goes and sits in the cat's water pan.   :D

No, No, don't look into the light!
Normally the blinds are closed so he sticks his nose through to see what's going on, but since theirs a nice breeze I pulled them apart so he just walked up and sat down, I thought he looked cute so I went to take a pic but as I took the pic he smelt something and stuck his nose up..

I had to take my cat to a 24hr emergency vet clinic last night.  They think it was an Asthma attack.  I should be able to pick him up today.
