I would personally avoid using a flask intended for drinking alcohol...unless it is clearly and permanently labeled as such.
tony ive got a hip flask you can have, its a plastic one with souther comfort on it on a green leather wrap, the cap is screw on and metal with plastic insert, the main case is plasic with meatal top and bottom caps, i can throw it in the package i have here mate

+1 for 5 hour energy bottles. That's what I carry fuel for my penny stoves around in.I had converted my BOB system to Esbit tabs, but they just don't seem to put out enough heat. On a recent outing, it just barely boiled enough water for a Mountain House Meal, something my V8 can stove excels at.
