Yes for a SAK in my pocket or bag, just for ease of finding the tool.

No for full size MT whilst on ground level.

Yes for full size MT whilst at height. For this situation I would use a wrist type lanyard to stop the MT landing on someones head.

Yep, always. I do similar to previously mentioned. If I'm carrying a 91 or 111mm SAK it will always have a lanyard simply to keep the knife verticle and comfortable in my front right pocket. Mine are nothing special, just a long ish loop with a simple knot. I slip the knife in my pocket and tuck the knot under my belt. Works for me.

Anyone uses a lanyard on the Vinox Spirit?

I am thinking that the cork screw attachment point (hole!) could be used for a lanyard..

Ayup, that's what I do.

Now that I need to see! Bring on the pics.

I only use one if I'm fishing, just in case I fumble it and it goes off the side of the boat.

Mike, Gryffin, if you could share a photo ..

my imagination and creativity is very restricted. i am a man poor.  :ahhh
You just need one of these, as that's what I use :)

That way it's secure until I need it, or I can leave the chain clipped on to the ST and the other end clipped to my watch or paracord bracelet depending on what hand I'm using :)
Give in, buy several Farmer's!!!!!!
