Used my Rebar today, working on assembling a poly AR lower. The file is very good for the task.

Lightweight build?

I used the Micra scissors to open a new big bag of cat food. Mrs. TJ and I have three cats aka a zoo :ahhh

I used my Skelly to cut some 3/8 line to replace the 1/4 we use on our tarp clothesline.

No pics tho....I was too dang tired of trying to use a box cutter.

I used the Leatherman Supertool 300 pliers to hold a nail while I started hammering the nail into the bottom of a cabinet.

Yesterday at work we received our new duty weapons - the FNH 40. It is replacing our tried and true Glock 22 (.40 cal) and surprisingly it feels a lot better in hand. Along with our new duty weapons we FINALLY received mounted flashlights and holsters to receive 'em. Since this occurred on most of our days off the guys weren't fully prepped with tools....but yours truly was

The mounted lights, TLR-1, require a flathead to get the first turn and the last going unless you happen to carry pocket change such as a dime or penny (but what fun would that be?). So out came my trusty Pioneer to assist everyone with their lights.

Photos were taken later on but that's what my pioneer got to do :D

In addition to this story my Leatherman Blast was put to use on the new duty weapon as well. The mini screwdriver bit was used to insert into a tiny hole in the rear grip of the handle in order to remove the stock grip for a smaller one. Worked perfectly not just for me but for 6 of my buddies that also swapped out their handles too.

Sent from my electronic multi-tool.

I do carry Leatherman Squirt PS4 Multipurpose Hand Tool for my everyday outdoors. Its best beacuse it can be used for mulitple applications for many scenario situations.
If I need to pick some good EDC tools.
Then I would take my love leatherman multi tool wave and a flash light. Other are just a waste !!!

After I knocked off work, went to visit my neighbor at the store next door and he was busy fixing his alarm system so my ST300 EOD, his ST300 and my Micra made short work of it.

I used my Crunch as a handle for a strong needle with which I removed the rivets of my watche's strap.
Very nice tool that Crunch, I use it much more than I thought I would. A locking plier acts as a regular plier also when needed, It could be used as a minimalist tool in place of a Skeletool in my opinion, if only it had the bit holder.

What, you don't like the bit holder it has?

Edit: I meant bit driver, not bit holder sorry.

It doesn't have a bit driver, just one Philips and three straight drivers. But I have a hex holder adapted for the Philips so no problem. I'll compare the Crunch and the Skeletool as companions to a Swisschamp for a light EDC during the next months.

Forgot about that, you are absolutely right. So I can use my Victorinox ratchet extender with it, that's awesome.
So, a Swisschamp XLT and a lightweight tool with locking strong pliers, a hex adapter and a serrated blade. I won't miss anything if I add the ratchet, the extender and the hex bit holder in a Skinth. I bet that the Shield 2XL will leave me space for even more. We'll see in a couple of years months when I'll receive my Skinths.

When I can afford it I would like to add the Ratchet and Extender.

Was wanting to test some limit switches for a knife gate valve - but they were missing the arms, so I used the Surge to fashion up a couple with some welding rod that was laying around
