Awesome pic mate

I love the Alps, been to Austria in 2014, Switzerland in 2015, but no real mountains this year since my wife gave birth to our 3th child in April, and our little girl is a bit too young to go and hike in the mountains this summer  :-\.   Maybe next year ...  :dd:

The Italian Alps are next on my "go to" list (or maybe Austria again ).

Thanks for sharing that beautiful picture my friend, if you happen to take some more of those in the next days, feel free to post them  :pok:.

Went to the Ardennes yesterday for a short hike and to have a nice picnic next to one of the small rivers there, named "La Hoëgne".

The Hoëgne is a left tributary of the Vesdre. Its source is in the High Fens of eastern Belgium, near the Signal de Botrange. The Hoëgne flows through the town of Theux, and ends in the river Vesdre in the town of Pepinster.  We had a picnic, our boys build a dam, and played with some ¨Playmobil Kajaks (yellow ones, not pink ...) in the water.  We all had a great time, in the middle of nowhere, all by ourselves, exactly the way I like it  ;).

And the Mora Garberg came along  :D.

Very nice SAK-tree, those are very rare these days ...  :o

I found one of them a couple of years ago in the Belgian High Fens region.  But the one I found was apparently a younger tree than yours, since mine was growing a Vic Délemont Rangergrip, and the fruit on yours seems to be quite a bit older  ;).

Thanks for posting that sweet pic Steve, and also thanks to Kirky and Zoidberg for their pics in this topic, I really appreciate it my friends  ;).
