Driving? So weight and bulk are only limited issues?

How about driving in foreign countrie/continents? In most cases you have a travel undercarrage limit.

tis always interesting, and there is no such thing as 'too much info' in my opinion. thanks for taking the time to list it all sir :salute:
similar to many 'lists' i've read, but that's probably cos it's a tried and tested formular !

Same stuff I EDC , as that's what I'd most likley have if the Smurf hit the fan . A Vic , either a Handyman or Spirit X , an Emerson Mini CQC7 or a Strider PT , and a Surefire E1B . Maybe a few add on's , but that's the basic core kit . Train with what you fight with .

No worries!  I'm always interested in feedback to make it more efficient, better stocked, etc.  I'm more than happy to talk about it, since I'm expecting this kit to be able to save my bacon if I need it to.

I'll take a few pics of my hydro-pack kit and post it in the Outdoors forum later tonight, so check there later on.
