Where can I get an adaptor to use Butane gas with a camping stove?

Cannot seem to find one anywhere (to the UK) but I'm sure they are available - basically to connect these disposable aerosol sized butane (I have a load spare):

...to the standard camping stoves like this:

this even fits on a 'jet-boil'  ;)
it'll pay for itself, just the savings on a few bottles of gas  :tu:

Something to know is that you must keep the notch on the locking rim of the canister at the 12 o'clock position...otherwise dangerous flare-ups can occur. It doesn't always align well with all stoves...leaving the fuel valve in an awkward position.

I've got several of the Chinese made adapters, but prefer the higher quality ones made in Korea by Kovea. BTW - Kovea manufactures stoves for MSR, Brunton and a few other name brand companies.

I don't know about the UK. I actually ordered my Kovea stoves and adapters from ebay vendors located in Korea. I have noticed recently that some Kovea products are now available through - Kovea - Amazon

The Kovea stove on the left is purpose built for butane cassette cartridges. The one on the right is a remote adapter with a Snow Peak Giga Power stove. The adapter in the center looks like the cheaper Chinese made version, but the metal parts are better finished...especially the Lindal valve adapter.
