Tonight at a meeting someone needed a pair of scissors.  I went to get my Rambler out of my pocket and but a lady says, "Here you go" and hands over a Classic to the person in need.  This lady who had the Classic was the same one who two weeks ago commented how useful my Rambler looked, and that she needed to get one!  :D  So what did I use my SAK on today?  Nothing, because my enabling ways bore fruit.  :tu:

The main blade of my pioneer opened the mail, a stubborn box of pasta, and sliced open a stuffed animal so as to remove the infernal noise making component. The can opener opened some pasta sauce to accompany the aforementioned pasta (the work can opener has gone on the lam) and did double duty by removing the screws that separated me from the batteries in that damn infernal toy! All in a days work

Used the Cadet Can Opener SD to install a new TV base after opening the plastic bag for the screws with the knife blade.
Can opener blade just cleared the plastic enough to allow full rotation.

Why carry both other then cause I like too?

Did not know they were different bottle openers in the Alox.

Other than what you have to do isn't everything else cause you like too?

I was carrying the SI. Then I needed the CT41. I came in for a beer but left the CT41 in the shed.

Yes, they are slightly bigger & beefier on the 93 mm knives than the 91 mm knives, but it is difficult to tell unless you've either held them in your hands or looked at some good comparison pics.

I used the pruner blade on my Rogue as a sort of toothpick, and it worked well enough.  I just have to be careful ;)  I guess that helps with the lack of scale tools, but no alternative for tweezers on the Rogue.  If it had the pliers, that would help.  That's part of why I want to combine my Mechaneer and Rogue.

I used the small screwdriver on my Super Tinker to tighten the screws for the cabinet under the sink in our downstairs bathroom.

I've been using the pruner blade on my Rogue for various cutting tasks, like opening boxes and cutting the plastice around packing slips on said boxes.
