Spirit help me replaced my 4wd's radiator reservoir. The plier to open the clamp and the butter blade cut the hose because the 13 years old hose become very hard to pull out.

Used my Dual Pro X to run through rubber lined fire hose like butter, probably the biggest test I've put the gutter/EMT tool through thus far, rave reviews.

Used my SC to help lace my new skates. Had to use the pliers to get the laces through the first hole.

Last night I was able to use my Ti Toolbox to get the barbecue pit going. We ended up making pork steaks, beef fajitas, and roasted corn.

I used the small flathead driver back tool on the Swisschamp to pop open the remote locker/unlocker (can't think of what these are actually called) for a car at work.  The battery in it was dead and I had to see what kind it takes.  I've also used the fish scaler multiple times as a backscratcher.  I really think I want one added to both my MechaRogue and Rogueneer.  I forgot how oddly useful that tool is.

Very useful tool in my opinion.

My Ti Toolbox helped take care of dinner yesterday. I was so hungry I ate the first plate and when I went back for seconds I remembered to take a picture. I had already eaten all of the rice

I haven't had one other than on a Ranger I used to own, and this is the first time I've put it to use.  It does seem like it would be handy for jobs like that though.

Did a slight mod to my Spirit this afternoon, very slight though... :ahhh

The butter blade serrated razor is fine for most things, but I wanted the tip to be more plain edge for drag cutting. I only took off the first tooth of the serrations, but it made a big difference on a cutting surface! No more hanging up or veering. Started with 2000 grit sandpaper and finished with 6000. That's it on the left compared to my spare (factory edge) on the right. Now if I could figure out a way to have a small utility blade... >:D

After a soapy scrub, used the Spirit's blade for food prep (for the first time), yay!  :)

Thanks to the Spirit modders here for the inspiration (and courage) to alter this tool.  :ahhh

I use the Spirit a lot for these kinds of things, but it's good to know it will still slice taters and open cans of vittles.  :)

Yes the Spirit feels very handy for me. And I do love the butter blade. Cut plastic material easily, like the cap of water gallon.

Today we registered the car and truck here in Texas where we moved to, from Maryland. I used the screw driver of the tinker to change the license plates to the new Texas issue ones.
Don't get too serious, just enough will do.

Welcome to Texas!

There's a fellow on the Jim Laggo in the morning AM1360 show that was moving from Maryland to Texas. It'd be funny if that was you

The Spirit is my favourite example of trans-atlantic cross pollination. :) (Leatherman builds the market for pliers based tools, Victorinox buys Bear & Son for patents, Victorinox designs a tool which is very much their own thing, building on the work from Leatherman and Bear & Son.)

It has been a whole year of Spirit EDC, since hiraethus sent me an alox mod with scissors to pair with it, because my Spirit is the two bladed model. I can say that I used it a lot and in a very few occasions I felt the need for something else or something more. But what I missed was the playability of a multilayered SAK, such as the Swisschamp regular, XLT and XAVT. When I'm home I drag them out (mostly the XLT I EDC'd before) and play with them. Cling! Glong! Click!

Jeep the SAK of the auto world or is it SAK the Jeep of the Knife world?
