That looks like a really useful little tool. How sturdy are  the teeth, i.e. how easily do they strip?

They don't strip. :D Usually the bolts are the ones that end up being marred after an encounter with the PW2. ;) It's a very tough tool and it sometimes leaves a mark on the bolts.

The small teeth make it good for both metric and imperial size bolts and it also works well with those LM pivot bolts.

Glad to see that picture, I thought I was going crazy!   :D  IIRC, they came in stainless and black in the original run but who really knows, it has been years and my memory isn't what it once was.     I'll keep looking...

Just call me GG123, I'll get a picture tomorrow!

I was going to order one a couple weeks ago but Amazon was sold out. I'm waiting until I have to get something else from Amazon at the same to to save the shipping costs.

Why Amazon? Doesn't Lee Valley do those free US shipping weeks every now and then anymore?

I've just added a pocketwrench feed to my eBay. Only ones I ever stumble upon on eBay are the TW versions. I'm glad you found one. :2tu:

You missed out on a free shipping deal from LeeValley about a week ago. They have them for $13,50 and have the US version and a couple $ shipping now.

There is always http://www.pocketwrenchtool.com/ .  It ends up being fairly salty for just one, but not a bad deal if you get four or five.  Keep one or two as backups, give the rest away to your friends or save for stocking stuffers...  :tu:

I'm still thinking what else I could add to the package to justify the shipping or maybe trying to persuade them that 31€ shipping is a bit too much for something that fits in a letter envelope. ::)

Family picture time. :D  The weather is terrible here so no lighting for better pics so this will have to do for now. I'll try to remember to post better ones though. ;)

Well it is brand new old stock. :D I found it in a shop in Luxembourg and piggybacked on the order a friend placed there. Their S&H charges to me were way to high. 30 Euro and change.
