Haha, amazing. When I say my Handyman was my first SAK I am not lying. However,my first pocket knife was one of these.
I can testify for their quality, it's bad!.
You might think the toothpick on a SAK is worthless, well, you haven't seen any of these then! :D

It makes me wonder if I still have that piece of junk.

The fake one has 5 layers yet is the same width as my 3 layer Vic. Plus the saw is thinner than my blade, wtf??

Oh dear, the infamous ChinaChamp strikes again
Unfortunately, since there is no mention of Victorinox, the bay of evil will do abso-smurfing-lutely nothing about it

Unfortunately in my experience - They never do anything about it anyway - Even when it is a blatant copyright infringement and fake claiming to be Victorinox  :rant:
I have reported quite  a few fakes to ebay - And the listing is never taken down - I think they just want their fees  >:(

What is annoying about the ChinkChamp is they use a genuine Victorinox SwissChamp photo for their first and main image.
Check it out - The mag glass (or scissors with hump) is often the giveaway
I bought a ChinkChamp once for investigation purposes - You could not even see through the mag glass - never mind magnify !!  :facepalm:

I think the 'Swisscard' bundle is actually not a bad deal .......
  • Fake SwissCard
  • One of those all metal multifunction card tools that pop up everywhere
  • One of those credit card folding knives
  • A Firesteel
And all for a mere $12 with free shipping - I have seen the metal card elsewhere on the Bay for $12 by itself  :o

I would be less concerned about the quality of that lot than I would be about a fake SAK.
Has anyone any experience of a fake SwissCard?

Although annoying they print Switzerland on the 'ChinkCard' - when it is very likely  made in China

I don't think it is fake... at least to me it doesn't appear to look like one...It is known that Victorinox sub-contracted the manufacturing of GAKS to other companies such as Aitor, Miltec and MFH...
