What still amazes me about the H.I. kukri's is the quality they turn out with what little they have to work with. For something that was made from a truck leaf spring they sure got it right. Even the way they heat treat the blade, its hard where it needs to be and soft where it  needs to be tough.  Ive beat on this thing pretty hard and havent even really scratched the blade.

Just looked to see if there are any traditional kukris on sale in the UK and there aren't readily available anymore :( certainly torablades haven't got any in stock.
