Detron's Review of the Skinth P2
on: October 13, 2013, 08:01:08 AM
OK, to my amazement, when I opened my Shield 2XL, inside the main pocket was another Skinth! a P2. :ahhh

Of coarse I immediately sent @Metropolicity  a PM and thanked him, and he was just happy I was happy.

I think it is important to point out Metro did not ask me to do this,  I am reviewing the product I received as I see it.

OK, so this has 2 tubes and a back pocket.

the tubes fit a Victorinox explorer rather well, and leave enough of the SAK exposed to grab for removal.

right now I put a screw the extension (Missing from pictures since I just found it) and the bits.  these bits are 1/8" .  A big Shout out to @Aloha007 for the great idea on how to use the plastic holders in a more protective way.  I happened to have the very set he mentioned in a post last week or so.

OK, here are the pictures.

the front with it loaded

the back pocket

the back contents (a Chilis wet wipe and an old Dr. Pepper Bottle Opener)  (sorry it is blurry)

The front contents  (sorry it is blurry)

Showing how the paracord has enough slack to open the bit holders as needed.

Of coarse, the materials are excellent, and this little Skinth does prevent pocket clump and irritation.  :2tu:

I think this is a nice sized pocket Skinth. My M7 is flatter, but holds less.  so I cannot figure out what I should carry, so while I research this out, I think the Shield 2XL will be on my hip, the M7 in a pocket, and this P2 in a different pocket.  Overkill? :o  Not to me Skinths are cool :woohoo:
