I have one also. It's a fine little tool which is ideal for light EDC.  In my case, it has all the right eyeglass repair and fingernail grooming tools in addition to a small precision plier. Ideal for clipping on my fishing vest also, ready for fish-hook related jobs.

You can just see it in the last photo, but there is a tiny leaf-spring tucked in where the handle folds over, that holds it in the detente positions. Mine had one missing, so one handle was a bit loose and floppy. My quick fix was to tighten the rivet just a tad by squeezing it in a vice-grip. It works fine, so that only a knife-expert would even notice.
