I like the looks of that Moment, very snappy looking. 8)

I'm extremely impressed with it. I've had knives costing twice as much and not as good as this. Only down side is the lock is a little stiff to release but that should wear in ok. Lock up is solid and blade sits nice and central when closed , there's also no blade play.

I purchased a Gerber Crucial awhile back. This is the first multitool I've wanted to carry but not the first I've owned. For what I need, it just works and I like it a great deal. So, that is what I carried today.

Hi, I'm new.

Carried my MP600 today, can't find the sheath though so it was quite awkward to carry in the pocket. What are peoples thoughts on the Gerber MP400 Compact sport?I have one sitting in my Amazon basket for 47 euro

Thoughts on the MP400 ? I have one sitting in my pocket right now.

Now while it's no Vic Spirit it is a very good Multitool. If the tool load out on it suits you then go for it.

Good scissors , can and bottle opener. But the drivers are a little short but I have always found them to fit the screw heads well. The wire cutters are very good BUT there's no hard wire cutting notch so while they are excellent on soft wire you could damage them on fish hooks etc. if your re-wiring a household plug then they are fine for that.
Lighter then a spirit or Wave , I usually EDC mine when not at work and carry a wave for work.

Dunc's summed it up nicely I'd say.  Also, if you use pliers a lot then the sliding head is a real bonus. :tu:

This might come as a slight shock to some here, but I love the MP400.  :)  My MP425 mod sees regular use.  Great smaller tool.  :tu:

If I need to pick some good EDC tools.
Then I would take my love leatherman multi tool wave and a flash light. Other are just a waste !!!

Yep! I moved, started on Tuesday with a truckng company in Elizabeth, NJ.  I'm working in the warehouse office, doing paperwork and data entry.  Busy place, Elizabeth is the second-largest container port in North America, and Newark Airport is right down the street from here.

Congratulations on the new job mate. :tu:

I have to admit I've been on a bit of a classic LM drive for a little while.  I will return to my old faithful Gerbers at some point in the near future.  Honest. :D
