Right as most off you know I'm a treehugger, so I thought it might be a bit off fun (not to mention cheaper ) if we all made some off our own camping gear out of re-used or recycled junk

There are lot's of links and tutorials in this thread... http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,4200.0.html , I'm planning on making my own alcohol stove, plus a few other bit's and bob's too (ie tent pegs)

As an incentive we'll make it a competition, the best entry wins my old, but hardly used Gerber Lst...

The only rule is you've got to make them using your MT/Saks, and preferably have some picture/video evidence too

Still bring the rest of your camping gear as back up though
