Here are better pictures of the Excelsior with polished Alox scales without anodisation, and the details of the fileworks :


Like this one. Should to try to make something like thise. All works are awesome!

A kudu horn Victorinox Delémont Evogrip S101 :




All parts fileworked, including the unlocking lever. These old Wenger models in this new version are perfect for customizing. New Ranger should follow.

I had a try at a Fisherman. Swordfish rostrum and 0.4 mm black vulcanized fiber scales. Fileworked inner liners, external springs, parcel hook and blade :

I forgot to show you this try of pivots assembly on a Super Tinker. Texalium scales. Modern style fileworks :




It's much more difficult than classic pins, but once done there's non problem to tighten the blade or tools.

It will be a little bit more difficult for the new Victorinox Delémont range with the button shape.
