$15. Good steel. Titanium coated. Beautifully finished and a nice little sheath to boot.

They note only two functions on the packaging. Strap cutter and shackel key. But I reckon you could turn a screw with the tip if you really needed to. And open a cold one with the other end. Probably a good idea on your life vest, but I'm sure it wouldn't be completely out of place on a set of car keys. I want to start kayaking again soon. So it might come in handy. I took to the sheath with a sharpy marker, so everyone doesn't start calling me "Gill" at work.

Yeah I saw them at the boat store. Nice. But not SAK or Benchmade quality.
