Was going through my Skinth's last week and decided to give the Magnum and try out again, it worked very well that day. Have mainly been using my L-Shield with my Leatherman Wave as my Surge had been sent away for repair under warranty as the Scissors thumb stub broke when using it, got the new model Surge with the Stainless steel thumb stud.

I think I'm going to order that exact Magnum, I saw on your Instagram you had penloops on the back? Did you just ask for them in the notes when you ordered? It's starting to drive me crazy working out exactly the Skinth I want, I think I might just have to order it and then wait and see! I can't have a belt clip (can't ridk it coming off) so deciding on Molle (as its big enough to be useful attached to a bag) or normal belt,

The only thing I'm certain on is safety orange for colour!

Yes I just asked Eric to add them in for me, they worked very well.

Got a parcel in the mail today with a SKINTH Solutions label. Only 7 business days delivery to down under. Amazing!

Went from this...

To this...

Don't get me wrong I actually love the leatherman leather sheath but this is just in a league of its own.
I'm not going to ramble on but definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new sheath.

Cheers SKINTH!

Looks very tidy, what exactly is in it? XL shield with Surge, extender, 1 bit kit + electrician?

You got it, and some blades for the surge as well.

Sits really well on the belt!

Dang you are not helping me resist buying one of these for my Workchamp and the Surge I want to buy.

7 days from ordering it or just from when it was mailed out?

7 days just for international postage.

The SKINTH gets talked up a lot, but it's for good reason!

I wonder what order number/what date of orders he is working on now? I ordered a M-shield last week. Hopefully that is big enough for the following:

Leatherman Blast/Rebar, or Leatherman Skeletool
Space pen or Rite in the Rain ben
4Sevens Preon 1 AAA flaslight

if the M shield won't hold all that (Even if its tight) then let me know so I can change my order if needed.

Well I don't have a space pen, and my Preon is in the car that my wife took, but I put a Rebar, olight i3s (1xAAA), and Zebra 301 in my M-shield.

The Rebar lock tabs catch a bit when taking it in and out, so a thicker pen might make that worse, but it does all fit.

Read over in EDC forums that he's running about 50-60 days right now. Anyone else have any recent orders show up? I can't wait to get mine! I probably have another 15-20 days if I am lucky

Amazon has ruined a lot of things.

No kidding. Try to search the net for any product and all you will ever find is fake review blogs with links to Amazon to buy whatever it is you wanted to know. No matter what the product is, how bad it is, or how many people have demanded their money back, all the blogs say it is the best in its class, award winning product, etc. Absolute web poisoning! You can barely find any accurate information that wasn't paid for by Amazon on the web because of this, outside of forums and mailing lists.

2 months now, eh? Eric must be buried in work. Glad I got mine early on, 3 and a half years ago. :D One of the prototypes even. :P

Are these collectible now?

Could I sell mine for maybe ...

Skinth Plus
Leatherman Surge
Bit set
Bit driver extension
Blades/file
Fenix LD10
Spare battery
Widgey bar
Bic lighter

I've come across this setup a few times during searches and I always stop to admire it. Looks great.

Here is my latest Skinth the Mondo Shield, mainly have my Leatherman Surge v2, Fenix E12, did carry the Ontario Rat 2 but now don't as the Kershaw Emerson CQC 8K is enough and I have my Cold Steel Micro Recon 1 as back up or for smaller jobs.

And here are my main three Skinth's - Top - Bottom: Magnum (Car EDC); Mondo Shield (EDC) and L Shield (Light EDC)

That's why I was so disappointed when Google dropped their "discussions" search option.  Forums like this are the best place to find really useful info about people's experiences with a product.

I didn't really look into skinth until early December so there was no way I was gonna get it before Christmas so I just waited and ordered it on the first, anyone know how long I should wait. Any time estimate? I'm thinking about a month and a half to wrap up late christmas and then mine. I ordered a catch all, can't wait to load it with anything.
I have a Leatherman surge, rebar, wave, and a super tool 300. I can also solve 3x3x3, 2x2x2, and 2x2x4 rubix cubes.

Could someone get me the rough dimensions on a full catch all. I ordered one but seeing more and more images it's looking bigger than I first thought.

4pack of AA lithium batteries in the main inside compartment too. Still more room to spare.
