Well, according to the description on the site, it is a "formidable defense tool" that is good "for fishing, hunting, daily carry, self defense, utility".  Features include:

Individual Razor Sharp Forward Teeth
Chisel Ground primary Edge
Double Trauma Hooks in Main Bevel
Penetration preforations in Main Bevel
Bottle Opener
Ice Scraper
Crab Cracker
Signal Device
3/16'' Wrench
1/4'' Wrench

Looks like it is essentially a fancy partial set of metal knucks, designed for index and middle fingers to go through the holes in a point-up, hammer fist grip.

I didn't even know such things as "trauma hooks" and "penetration preforations" existed.
I guess I've been missing out.   :P :D

Gerber EAB is challenged. EAB is my favored Gerber, but it is pretty weight.
I expect this utility-knife would be light as feather.

I recently bought a combo package that included an SAE wrench, small flashlight, and screwdriver all for $6 US at a Tractor Supply store in east Tennessee USA.  This is a pretty good deal for what it is.  Hope to check out one of the pliers in the near future.

Is it just me or does this look like a recipe for disaster? I don't see anything keeping the locking tab locked in in closed position on the keychain so what's stopping the blade to slide out of the holder in your pocket and slicing you in the parts you REALLY don't want to be cut. :ahhh

And as the only guide that's there for the blade is the metal frame so the sharp edge will be traveling alongside the metal frame all the time and dulling quickly.  Interesting concept but lacking execution.

I am hoping there is a strong detent somewhere no shown to hold the locking tab in position, otherwise like you said, huge disasters.

Q - Does the Utility Knife track dull the blade?
A - No.  The blade stays super sharp just like any other Utility Knife!
I am not sure how?

Hmmm, so, it's basically like a friction folder?

Q - How does the Utility Knife stay shut?
A - The Utility Knife works off of mechanical "tension locking" and stays
closed under normal conditions using engineered structure inside
the Eyelet mechanism.

I bought a couple of the first Gen knives for inclusion in Altoids tin kits. They will hold two blades each...when you buy spares pay attention to the number of notches on the blades. Four notches will let you extend it a bit further.

I think I would prefer the original version in a kit because the magnet might affect a compass if included. On the other hand you could use it to magnetize a needle for an improv compass.
