Yes, it was a successful event, Aloha. During the meet and greet with Mr Tim, I find him a soft spoken person and very kind. In fact he signed all the multitools brought by everyone including the tools I have.

I see Donald didn't come as Multitoolman. :D It would have been even cooler of having Leatherman and Multitoolman in one picture.

I think it's a promotional tour for the official distributor of Leatherman here in the Philippines, Hahn Enterprises. I saw a Golden Charge :)

You lucky guy. I wish I could meet the man myself. I would love nothing more than to have a signature piece of his. I seriously doubt he would ever visit my village however.
A little Leatherman information.

+1. Would be awesome if he'd tour through Canada.

If you click on the image it opens the original in photobucket. It's still not totally clear, but more legible. It's just a graph of sales over time (PST's IIRC)

Yeah, the graph looks like sales, 1983-1993.  '93 was a good year, I'd say...

:tu: Glad you guys got to experience this!

I think he will visit Canada, he was in Australia before going to the Philippines, he might be circling the globe on a promotional world tour. Fun fact Mr. Leatherman is still travelling with Mrs. Leatherman :) I think you can tell a lot about a guy on how he treats his wife, Mr. Leatherman treats his wife well :)

Is there a way to find out where he and the Misses will be next?  I'd love to attend a function.

Of course those tools will never be used again and are now under a plexiglass dome in a sterile environment, covered by a velvet cloth.

Chako - Yep - I bet he would not come and visit your village...
.... But I bet he would come and visit your collection  :D

Damm - I never knew - I bet he was in Sydney - Missed him - Rats
Re. Mrs. L - I saw a video of them chatting about how it all started up and yep - they semed just lovely
And it seems we have Mrs L to thank for LM as much as Mr L !! - As she funded those three years in the garage and three years looking for a buyer.
