Uk meet 2014
on: March 03, 2014, 11:44:16 PM
Dudes and dudesses,

I was just reminiscing about the first meet we ever held in 2008....great times and great people....some have moved on (Benner, Neil, Dave K etc), but some are still present (mike, roadie, Gareth etc)....

Some of you remember my site....I will be leaving there shortly so if anyone wants a meetup there in spring (inc. An allnighter) let me know.

It might be the last chance there ;)

Adios,

Nick

read this when it first appeared , surprised there hasn't been much 'chat' which was what I was hoping for before I joined in but I guess it could do with a

 'BUMP'    :multi:

I wasn't involved in the aforementioned 2008 meet (hadn't discovered MTO back then) but interested in more info (location, rough area) as I'm sure others should be ???

Ooops, I need to drop in by this part of the forum more often. :-[  For those that don't know, Flashback's site is an excellent and private area.  Well worth trying to get something going. :tu:

All are welcome.....the site has toilets, water etc

Cost.....it's FREE  :D

It's based not too far from RAF Cosford in shropshire. Now I just need the likes of Roadie, Nuphoria, Micky D, Dave K, Neil etc to say they're coming along with the above dudes (Gareth etc) and it should be a good one.  How about sometime in May?

Yes! Assuming I can make the as yet to be decided date anyway... Mid May works for me, not the weekend of the 3rd or from the 20th to the 28th. Also Friday to Saturday works best for me, but lets see what people say :)

For real I think... :D Truth is that with the flag going sideways I've been overwhelmed with stuff that needs be done "yesterday", and mt.o is yet another of those things I had to forgo for an ungodly amount of time. Hopefully you'll get more of me in the future... :D

massive disappointment that this has stalled !
come on chaps we need to get a 'meet' sorted. as we all know the British summer is a fickle mistress and we don't want a repeat of last years weather ! (some of the lads haven't got footwear or coats remember  ::))

*just by coincidence last years 'Do' was held on a Friday the 13th so today is a good day to bring it up
