Gerber spotted!

Just watching some Jeep upgrade videos and came across this one:

This would have been a much simpler install than the HID's I had put on!

At about 6:45 you hear the guy say "Do you know how bad I want to reach for my Gerber?" and the girl responds with "Your awesome Gerber?"

A few seconds later he says "That's it, I'm going for the Gerber!" then reaches back to a sheath on his belt and you get to hear the familiar "snikt" of adamantium claw... uh I mean a Multiplier head being deployed!

You don't get a real good look at it, but it looks like a BO MP600.

They are pretty similar though huh? Jeeps and MPs. A bit rattly, a little outdated in design, but tough as anything and more capable than most of the new, "improved" designs.

See, I always think PowerLock when I think Jeeps. US made, decent out of the box but designed to be tinkered with and modified, rattly, loose parts..... And tough as the Rock of Gibraltar.

When it comes to clunky, over engineered multitools meant to be modified and personalized to the individual owner, the PowerLock is hard to beat. Like the Wrangler though it's pretty raw and not for everyone.

Yeah it's too bad Stryker implanted him with claws. I imagine he'd be much more useful if they'd implanted one knife, a saw, a file, a bottle opener etc.
