Dutch girl entering

Goodmorning,

after reading al lot of threads it's time to introduce myself. I'm Serena, 34 years old and I live in the Netherlands. Since I was a little girl and went to the scouts I carry a pocket knife. In my work as a police officer I carry a multitool, just cheap smurf, but that doesn't matter.
Last week I purchased a new knife, a Vic Climber Silvertech. Have been using it a lot already.
Maybe strange that a woman carries a knife, but I'm so used to it, I don't wanna miss it anymore!!!

Please excuse if my English is bad at some times, but I'm trying!!!

P.S. Not the first woman here I hope?

Hi from Finland Serena. And welcome. There is few woman members here, but could be more. Climber is very good start for your EDC, one of my favourites aswell. Here thing tend to multiply without even noticing it.

Women don't need knives, they are cutting edge themselves. Beyond that they every day carry ten sharp blades, called nails. And they can change the scales daily. The old times Swiss red was the norm but now they use more colors than Victorinox Cellidor, Transluscent and Alox combined.
There are a few women here and some of them are as fanatic as men. I hope that you'll like it and since you are a Policewoman a nice high quality multitool with one hand opening blade worths it. Something like a Wave, Charge or even Surge. You might carry it on your belt and nobody is going to give you THAT look, since there are other stuff there, more frightening.

More than one actually. They may be a numbers minority but it's certainly a significant one.
