Great video!I just have one question: Wouldn't I have to temper the blade after cutting & grinding? He cuts with a welding torch (you can see the colourization) and grinds with sparks flying. I thought this would ruin the hardness of the blade.
@cyclone87 Hand saws are most likely made from spring steel. Ideally, for any type of blade that you want to use for hacking and swinging around it should be hard enough to hold an edge yet soft enough to be durable and not shatter.
