Good day, eh!?
on: April 13, 2014, 08:13:57 PM
Hello All,

I'm a new member from Canada, that's C, eh, n, eh, d, eh!! (promise that's the last time I'll use "eh" in a sentence!

I have loved and lost numerous multitools over the years.  I currently have a SAK Hunstman and Leatherman Sideclip, and various bargain basement gifted knockoffs.  Previously, I was the proud owner of a SAK Cybertool 41, that was, until I lost it on the trail earlier this week... so sad!

I was looking to replace it, and I came across this forum, which is why I am here now.

I'm an outdoorsman and have been all my life, so I also have assorted other tools of note, axes, hatchets, and many single purpose knives, sharpeners etc.  All tools hold my interest.

I've been a Scout Leader (held on for 10 years) and now I teach Conservation and Outdoor Recreation Education, here in BC, so I get lots of questions on gear, and get to share some of my knowledge... and I learn something knew from the class every single time!

Anyhoo, glad to be here, hope I can contribute and learn some more.

Cheers,
Stephen

welcome mate
Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob
