volt meter
on: April 16, 2014, 04:46:45 AM
Anyone know of a good volt meter that is thin and small. For my backpack.

I really should carry one to work when I'm on the road. The one I use now is huge. I never take it with. I should but it doesn't fit with the rest of my on the road gear.

I prefer digital. But analog should be ok if its nice and small.

i don't use alot of it functions. I just need something for the basics.

any suggestions and thanks for looking.

I have one that I got at Harbor Freight for free via coupon. It's fairly small for a DMM and has worked well so far.

Now that I have been thinking about it some. I bought my volt meter around 2003. Its about time I get a new one.

all I really need is a ohm and volt meter. The rest I rarely use.

I have one of these and it is very small, especially if you take the rubber sleeve off:

Size (mm): 55 x 112 x 40
Weight (g):  70

It feels like a third of the size of my other, still small, multimeters.
