I totally agree with you! ;) I fully admit to being a huge LM fan, but I never liked the Style... it always seemed like a cheap Vic Classic knockoff to me. :-\

I prefer Vic Classic over style myself.

I absolutely love the Style PS/CS and while I would like to see them stay I have a few so if they decided to cut the line and put some new key chain tools into the line I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. I really like key chain tools so any new designs are welcome in my book. I just want a Juice or Micra size Swisstool though. I think I would have a heart attack if they actually produced that.

I have one, played with it for a bit after I got it and put it back into the box. :shrug:

For the size and weight of it I'd rather carry a Vic Rambler. It was LM's attempt top steal a part of the Classic market that seems to have failed. But if they ever decided to disco the CS, I'd be stocking up on those for sure. >:D

Not surprised. The Style never did much for me. Of course that didn't stop me from collecting all the colour variations though.  :D

That's really my only complaint as well. If the blade is even the slightest bit to tight its a smurf to deploy the blade.

I wish they made a PS the size of a Skeletool or a Skeletool the size of a PS. Just imagine a Skeletool with scissors or a PS with the drivers of a Skeletool just smaller.

I never owned a Style because I didn't like the looks of it, plus as others have said, it was a cheap attempt to knockoff the Classic SD's.

Besides, it's only half the tool the Style CS is...

I kinda liked the Style specifically BECAUSE it was a Classic knockoff.  It meant that-if I wanted one-I could have one made in the USA.

Fact is though, I like the CS better.

FWIW, I don't think the CS/PS will be on the way out anytime soon... those seem to be selling very well. :)

I modded a Style CS to include the pliers and main blade from a Squirt P4... the nail nick is in a MUCH better location than on the Style series blade. (seriously, WHY did they do that??) I guess it's sort of a Style PC? CP? :think: anyway, it turned out to be a useful little tool... I'm happy with it. :tu:

 I don't own any, but if I had to choose I would go for the Style over the classic. I know the tools are pretty much the same with exception of the toothpick, still I really like it.
