Got the idea, and still persist, to mod kinda of updated Troubleshooter - new file, serrated blade and corkscrew of course Then I realized that an up to date sak "need" newer pliers (with crimper )
good work, and nice to see a couple of original tool load outs. Remember, there is nothing stopping you getting some more brass rod and pulling these apart and putting them back together again in different combinations. All good practice.Mod on.
Cool! Good for you man!I forgot there was a divot tools for 91mm. Ive never seen one yet in person.
Glad you jumped aboard the mod train, it's a time (and money) consuming hobby but so rewarding... Never thought to use the fine screw driver for the assembly. Will try that next time. Two days ago I built a 6 layer from various SAKs. A piece from here a spring from there and voila...Handyman!Still thinking of putting some Ruby+ scales on it to make it pop, but I'm not sure since it's purpose it to be a hard worker/beater.What are your mods purposes, and what scales will be going on each???
Nice looking work so far Once you get this down, you should get into Alox and make yourself a black and red color scheme custom like my Rogue Good luck in your modding endeavors
Awesome, inspires me to take the plunge. Swiss Army knives .
Good stuff.

A serrated main blade and new style file will be excellent. Maybe the perfect 5 layer 91mm! Good luck with the peening.
Very useful looking SAK, nice work!
