Really nice work!

I am interested in some technical features:

- How is the 'snap' compared to a standard pioneer?
- what outer diameter do the pivots have?
- what threaddiameter do the screws have and how long are they?

Thank you very much,
Tom

Thank you.
The spring is original. The knife works as regular SAKs.
The outer diameter of the pivots are 3mm and 2,5mm (middle one). Upon request I can make them all 3mm.
The length of the screw is 4mm. The thread diameter is 2mm M2.

This time I made a blue anodized TiSoldier. Besides the scales I also used titanium screws, titanium liner and titanium carabiner.

Wow! This one is the best, IMO! I think only stonewashed tools could make it better!

This one is a special request. The scales and tools are stonewashed. The liner  and rivets are brass.

I'm happy to present my new project: TiPioneer Skeletool
- scales are 2,5mm titanium grade 5
- anodized aluminum liners
- titanium carabiner
- the weight of the knife without the carabiner is 68 grams (original alox weights 60-64g depending on the release year)

Also I'd like to invite you to my new FB fanpage, where you'll find more photos of my works www.facebook.com/ALMknives

I think its better to wait with a purchase from ALM a few months, because every day he posts cooler mods than the day before.

Can I offer a suggestion? Those new scales are great but it has the bits touching the blades if they're closed or we have to open all the blades to use them. If you put some liners just under the scales, it would protect the blades. On the other hand, it would also make the bit driver hole and hex hole less deep...

Love it. :dd:

Excellent idea. I've been wanting to see something like this with the 1/4" driver ever since I first saw the Wenger Ranger scale and liner cutout on the Mike Horn models. :tu:

And the inclusion of the micro bit and LM drivers as well as the shackle key is excellent.

You really added some cool functionality to an already stunning looking mod. :hatsoff:

The scale cutout tools are cool but I prefer it without them and with the traditional Swiss shield.

Nice work though :tu:

Love that shackle key  :tu:

Make that a serrated knife blade (with the serrations like Vic uses in their 111mm OH knives) and that that's one very good sailing knife  :tu:

So when we remember that Pioneers were what they used to call military engineers, there is a Swiss Army engineering joke that is begging to made.

I think I like it. I second the call for liners and/or slightly deeper scales on this, but....    These on a Farmer would be amazing, particularly partnered with a PST.
