Sad news it seems :(

I was after getting another PAL- light for my house , specifically one of there lanterns as its quite a dark house really even without power cuts!  and I wanted something with a very long runtime and I've always found the regular PAL-lights to be excellent value for money.

Sadly though when I went on there site it states that the site is now closed due to hospitalisation and is unlikely to open again :(

I hope the its not as grim as it reads for those involved with the company, as it certainly doesn't look good.

Its such a shame as there such a good practical torch :(

Can any one shed any light on this as all???

+1 here  :-\

I used to have a bunch of them and even made review on them... Gave most of them away and was searching for exactly the same ones for WSHTF bag and BOB...

Very sad info. The owner is great guy, I've been in touch with him but lost contact...

Hope all goes well for him!!

There are some on Amazon, while those from link are red and blue LED. On Amazon is still white LED, though few pieces only...

The other alternative is Pak Lite.... But I would like to have exactly Pal Light Safelght model again!! It is very very well built...

Sad news indeed, James lost his battle and passed away

And he was a really top guy, too.  I've bought from him several times and he was always extremely helpful.  Looks like that might be a curtain call for PALights, as it doesn't look likely the company will be producing any more lights, unfortunately.
