I'm surprised. With the new meds (Humira, Enbrel, etc) I thought they were able to manage RA pretty well these days.  :(

I take Sulfazine. My Rheumatologist advised me to try and stay on that for as long as I can. It's an old drug from the 50's and the risks and side effects are well documented. It still works ok so I stay on it. The next level up in treatment brings additional risks and side effect. I'll wait as long as I can. Have minor loss in dexterity and some joint pain but it's the fatigue that is the killer for me.

It's nothing serious, just scratches. It's just a bit annoying and it's already getting fun ...  :D  :facepalm:

It's just the damn Buck again and me not quite used to its blade being "drawn" back into place when closing  :facepalm: 


My father was into firearms, though, so you never know :D

Yeah, that's sort of why I prefer liner locks to lock backs. I like all the moving of very sharp blades to be done by me, not by the knife itself lol.

Exception being the Buck 110, cuz, well, it's the Buck 110
