If it is sold through Amazon did you do the FREE super saver shipping? Sounds like you need to do a Amazon prime free trial. I have 4 Amazon accounts and just cycle through the free trials so I have prime for free for a large portion of the year.
btw, I don't think you should really trust their "shipped/not shipped" messages. I've only bought three items from Amazon and they were still "not shipped" long after I'd received them.

Not made of recycled hose, but same design. I might get one or two of those eventually.
