If no one pays, they use fictional brands. Product placement is a big part of TV and movie budget. Remember Wayne's World. Maybe you could find a better picture of the label, edit it a bit, print it out and apply it to another beer bottle.
Maybe contact the production company and ask (nicely) if you could have a label ? That way you might get a genuine (fake) label.
