Anyone got one?  I quite fancy one of these - they're a lovely shape, at least when open - a little less so when closed.  They're quite pricey though, compared to simple SAKs.  Worth the money?  Or can anyone recommend a similar folder - slip joint, nice blade, pocket clip, clean shape, vaguely tacti-cool?

Hi I have had one for nearly a year now. Excellent knife good steel, holds a good edge and excellent fit and finish. More substantial and higher quality feel that a SAK though I love them too. Sits well in the pocket on its clip and the
CF is cool in the light. All in all I would recommend it, it is a different knife than a SAK though both are good. You might also like to check out a spyderco UKPK or even the spyderco Pingo both of which I have . The UPK is the most tactical-cool looking. Hope that helps

I really enjoy the Enzo Birk Folder and I actually collected a few Birk 75 folders.(the one with lock, as you may know, the ones without lock is PK70).  And as green arrow said, the fit and finish is superb and fit well in hand.  It will be hard to beat the performance and package (G10 scale, S30V steel, scandi grind, good clip)at that price point.

I have some reservation on carbon fiber handle on a user blade, since it may chipped or shatter under hard use, but the G10 scale should be very durable for a user.

Thanks for the input.  Never been keen on Spyderco knives - just don't like the blade shapes.  The PK70 does look lovely, but too expensive for me to buy new, I think.  I'll have to see if I can get a second hand one from somewhere.

I have a PK70... and the back spring is wider than the blade, leading to blade play which cannot be fixed. I can't recommend them.
