Everyone should own a Mora. Its a very affordable workhorse of a knife, and there really is no excuse for not having atleast one.
However, if you actually dont have a Mora, heres your chance, as Ill be giving away theese two work knives to two lucky winners!


The rules:
If you want to enter, all you have to do is make a post below were you explain why you dont own a Mora and why you want one. You can post as many times as you like, but only the first one will count in the drawing.
Ill pick two random winners in about a week. 

You have to be above 18years old, and have a minimum of 100 posts to participate.

As these knives are not very expensive, I will ship them in the cheapest way possible, so it might take some time for them to arrive.

I don't own a Mora because I mostly live and work in urban environment where a folder is more appropriate. I have two Bahcos though, one at home for food preparation and one in the car for occasional use at the woods or the sea. I'm very happy with them and I would like to try the original.

Up until a few months ago I used to own a Mora, the 860MG, beautiful little thing.
Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I recently had to sell off all my sharp pointy things.
I'd like to enter this generous GAW & hopefully make a return to the Mora owners club.

And I'm noticing a pattern there. I always give away SAKs, JD always gives away Gerbers and Grathr always gives away skandi fixed blades. Everyone preaching their own religion.

It makes sense. If you have a SAK a gerber Multi Plier and a Mora you are ready for anything!

I have never owned a Mora, just never got around to it, and they aren't very common in this part of the country. I have been mostly into SAK's and Multi's till now. Don't even own a single fixed blade knife even. Looking forward to seeing what all the fuss is about

Great GAW and very generous of you Grathr  .  I only recently got a Mora so I'll sit out.  All those who dont have one ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE as these are some very great knives.  Mine came used but goodness what an edge these knives have.  Simple, lightweight, and SHARP makes for a winning combination.

I do not own a Mora, I was not aware of them, until I started seeing posts here.

I do think this is a great idea for infecting the currently un-infected portion of the population.

Hey I have a shot at this. I'm Mora free, actually I'm almost completely fixed blade free, except for a Swiss Dagger of so poor quality that it bends from looking at it.
I would like to have a Mora to see what it is all about. See if I need another addiction .

I don't have a Mora because I've never quite got round to buying a fixed blade. If I did buy a fixed blade it probably would be a Mora but fold-y things have always popped up and said "boo!" instead.

This is very generous.
I don't have a Mora because I'm not really into fixed blades and their design looks a bit plain to me (and not retro-cool plain like Opinel).

I would like a Mora because everybody on this forum says how good they are and because I could use a proper fixed blade.

I don't own a mora and I really want one becouse it has that we call here in my country the 3 B's (Bueno, bonito y barato or Good,beautiful and cheap). One time I was really close to own one, but I trade it for a meyerco knife. The story goes like this:

One of my teachers (kenjutsu) time to time has the opportunity to buy from a US big retailer, so he ask if someone "needs" something I asked for a couple of knives, that includes a mora; by the time they came to the country and he was giving our stuff he ask me to trade the mora for a meyerco with a Darrel Ralph design so I trade it for two simple reasons: 1.- The meyerco has a really cool design. 2.-The teacher was asking me to trade the knife (He is the highest ranked teacher in Kenjutsu in Mexico and I respect him so much) I couldn't say no.

I wouldn't mind having the blue one, looks great. I don't have much use for fixed blades in my daily life, that's why I mainly buy folders. I bet those puppies are great even just for use in the kitchen for food prep.
