The level separation is not the greatest but I will probably get one.
Well first off, I prefer aluminum for its lightness. The last time I paid $60 for a light, I got one with 4 modes max 950 lm. I feel I more than got my money's worth on that and use it often. It's my favorite light (Nitecore P12).

This light has impressed me with what owners have done to it. I like the SS one but just havent pulled the trigger just yet and it has been in my cart long enough.

I also don't care for the mode selection very much on those. I'm just not that rough on my lights to require stainless or Ti.
