I was experimenting with mustard, mayonaise and a lemon to do some forced patina,
First i planted a my knive in a lemon for 20 min, washed of te juice and applyd some majo and mustard. Left it for 45 min and washed of with hot water. Finishing toutch some gun oil

24 hour mustard on a cheap china cutlery steel, purplr glow wen light hits it at the right angle, not verry destinct lines but intersting effect..

Also i try to clean of the patina, it pretty tuff but you can compleatly rwmove it without permanent damage in case your not happy with the result.
its is remarcably lasting and thats nice because my workknife came out great  :tu:
