Not sure exactly. Ong makes most of his stuff by hand so it's probably a one off.

"Höhenanreisser" - but i don´t know the english translation.
For metal they are mostly build as scribing tools, for some other tasks with a pencil. Modelshipbuilder use something similar to mark the waterline. Often they were selfbuild.
