I'm kind of scared to ask, but what does it say?

Hey, Grand.

I am not Japanese, and hope I wasn't too far off from truth.  The thing is I don't know how offense is it to wear a patch saying "fxxking stupid rascal"(hope our Japanese members won't find it too offensive, and look up 'bakayaro'), where everyone find it quite offensive to say, yet they are the ones to understand it.  Either the patch may piss off the bystanders or the wearer of the patch make a laughing stock of oneself.

I doubt anyone wearing a patch like that is worried about offending people around them.   :D

Thanks for the translation!

Yup, that's the thing with wearing some writing you don't understand. When I see someone with a japanese/chinese/sanscrit tattoo, I can't help thinking it may say something like "I'm a stupid westerner" or "I hate japanese/chinese people" or "I'm not afraid of the Triades/Yakuza"...

I always wanted to pitch a TV show called "Real Tattoos" where I go around the country with translators and symbologists and tell people what their tattoos really mean.  I think the show would be a hit.

That'd happen to a friend long ago, when he shown me a tattoo on his shoulder.
He asked me what did it say, and I told him, "the tallest"
I could tell from his expression it wasn't the answer he expected.
"The tattoo artist said it meant the highest or the extreme"
He was pissed that afternoon. >:(
