DIY Wood Stoves

I'm a unrepentant and hopeless, do-it-yourself, tinkerer. Found this link some time back for homebrew wood gasification stoves. I've made a few and I am completely happy with the performance. So I thought I would share.

This is my DIY wood stove
Its not as clever as some on here but is very easy to make

I found an Ikea cutlery drainer and a couple of knitting needles in the charity shop



I used a 70mm hole cutter in the side and added four 20mm bolts as little legs
I'm not sure how long the knitting needles will last with a roaring fire under them as they are made from Aluminum 

 




I need to find a pot that will fit inside the cooker 




Just need to test it now

Apparently they quite often get these in at the charity shops
Well worth a quid 

I'm still looking for a little stainless steel container to fit in the middle

Yep    hopefully I will have a few more bits to go with it by then
I'm still looking for a stainless container that will fit inside the stove
