32/16 on my old Trek that I recently did up. I use it to ride with my kids now, no granny gear up the hills, pedal!
Ouch!!
This is the most reliable tensioner I have found. I guess its more complicated than most but it works.

I can pick up my Pedelec today! Of course the forecast for this afternoon talked about heavy rain.... I´m excited nonetheless.
How's the knee bearing up with the cycling Tom? Last time I went out on mine, I was struggling for about 3 or 4 days afterwards with the tendons in my bad knee
