Victorinox SwissChamp XL.
on: September 04, 2014, 10:30:07 AM
I'm looking to move this SAK on and would like some advice.

How do I find a collector who will appreciate having it?

Where is the best place to sell it?

How much is it worth?

This one is even more special because it is on SAKWiki.

It has been used by the previous owner but would clean up well.

Click on the pics to see a larger one.

I paid $175 for mine brand new,  (FelineVet's store)  and that is cheaper than most places online.

wish I had more insight, but maybe that will be a start

If I remember correctly we have 4 or 5 of those tops throughout the whole MTO SAK collectors community. Heck more members have the Wenger Giant than this. :ahhh So a couple hundred for sure.

And yes, being the representative sakwiki example should allow you to ask a few dollars more for it. >:D

Bump.

I've already  pm'd you twice regarding the XL on both occassions when you've mentioned you were considering letting it go.
I am still interested but need a price plus shipping to the UK  (tracked all the way)

PM me if you are still interested in selling - I doubt if I'll be able to afford it for the next couple of weeks - but I am definitely interested in buying.  :salute:
I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

I figured that if you really wanted it you would have made an offer.
This time I told you I am trying to find a fair price hence the thread.
I also said I would get back to you.

I'm not wanting to play favourites so may end up flipping a coin over it.
Or just start using it.

Don't really know what you were insinuating by that, nor do I think it was warranted.
I have other items that I want to buy.
Sorry to have troubled you.
Best of luck with the sale :tu:

I don't enjoy having to repeat myself.
I was not trying to offend you.
I am trying to do this a fair way and there are others who are interested.

Easy friend :tu:

Seriously I'm okay with it.
I'll pass up and let someone else take it.
I honestly didn't know there were serious others interested.
Thanks again and good luck with the sale
