Pictures of SAKs in the store display

I'm here in Cebu city for 3 days. This afternoon I went to the mall and took some pic of SAKs on display at Cutting Edge. Here's one.

What are those in the second row next to the Golf tool? Richartz?

That's the first time I saw that Vic model. I don't know its name.

I think those are by a  German sak-alike manufacturer. That's why the placement of them among Vics looks strange to me.
